Don shares his colorful background and how it helped get him here. His background helps technology people communicate their messages more effectively. He has been able to educate through entertaining and learned how to tell a story in a way that gets through to the audience. He now uses that skill to help cybersecurity and technical people better explain their message to business and non technical people. Two things to work on are authenticity and storytelling. Authenticity requires a bit of vulnerability which is difficult for some technical people.
